Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Europe & China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. What is your return policy on damaged goods?
 A. If a product you order arrives damaged please email our support team and we will have a new product sent to you immediately.  We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged products beyond 72 hours after receipt.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-12 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We have administrative offices in the USA and Switzerland; Supply warehouses in the USA;  and High-Quality vendor resources in China

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours. 

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and also Paypal. 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece...
Q. May I make changes to my order/shipping address? 
A. We usually process orders on the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at support@positvibe.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.
If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order.  In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.
